Change of mind
Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned due to change of mind. Please choose carefully.
For all other items, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase by sending an email to email@example.com. To assist us, please state your full name and order number within the email. Items to be returned must be in their original condition, with packaging still intact.
Once you contact us, we will provide you with a return shipping address. You will need to cover the cost of postage back to us. Please ensure that products are adequately packaged as items that become damaged in the mail cannot be accepted. We recommend using registered post, as all items remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Fringe Myrtle. Your refund will be processed, once your items are received.
Apologies, at this stage we cannot facilitate exchanges. Once you receive your refund, you will need to place a new order via the website.
Received a faulty product? Email firstname.lastname@example.org to organise a replacement.
To assist us, please state your full name and order number within the email and provide us with photographs of the fault and a brief description of the issue.
We do not offer replacements or refunds for items damaged due to mistreatment. Wear and tear, such as chipping or scratches, that occur during the course of normal use are not considered a fault.
